Before we can proceed we have to make sure you have the necessary program to display the surveys. If you do not have Microsoft word or Microsoft viewer, you need to download the free version of Microsoft Viewer. This page will explain the whole process so there is no confusion. Once installed or you have already installed the software, click on continue to login at the top or bottom.

Step #2 Click the gray download button.

Step #3 Click the gray run button.

Step #4 Again click on the gray run button.



You should be here.

Step #5 Click the box next to "Click here to accept the Microsoft Software Licensing Terms." And click continue.



You should be here.

Step #6 Click the box next to the "I accept the terms in the License Agreement" and click next.



You should be here.

Step #7 Click on the gray install button




You should be here.

If all goes well you should end up here and all you need to click is ok.

Sometimes it will automatically install updates. In that case just wait till it updates and another box may appear and all you need to do is click the gray ok button.
